@evelynharte @steph3179 There was also no mention of " breach of contract ". Thise students signed up to calculated grades which was to include their schools historical preformance only for her to remove the it therefore changing a binding contract without consent. Wouldnt get away with it in AOB

Just talked to a 6th year student who is absolutely terrified of the #LeavingCert system. She saw what they did to us last year and is afraid that her H1s will be swapped for H3s. They did it once, they can do it again. @NormaFoleyTD1

Gutted that the lead case against the predicted grades fiasco #LeavingCert2020 has been dismissed.
Will the next cases please point out that the algorithm had errors that unfairly upgraded students at the same time as hard working students were downgraded!

@mariafaherty The elephant in the room - not enough College places, we encourage our kids to do their best #LC2020 & then they cannot get a place on the course they aimed for-how many were forced to go abroad last year?? Let’s face it they ain’t coming back to a country that sold them a lie.

@evelynharte @TinaMurnotbot After 8 months out of school and most getting courses only the downgraded and home schooled had the dilemma of sitting exams in Nov with no support whatsoever.....and those 8 months included switching off for Summer .Never heard of downgrading and trusted des to be Fair to All

@TinaMurnotbot What really got to my daughter and I think a lot of other #LeavingCert2020 students was that they didn't get to sit the exams.
The Nov exams were a farce, the marking schemes super hard, most students hadn't finished a lot of their courses so not well prepared for the exams!
