@BruceHalperin @sfexaminer No the Highway should be the Highway leaving the residential streets less busy and safer. The point is to remove the heavy traffic from residential street.

@sfexaminer There is already a multi-use path and a sea wall and the beach. The Highway is needed to let traffic move through the district safely and keep it off residential streets.

I & my team at @DemocracyColor commissioned @Civiqs to do a poll on #HR40, the bill by @JacksonLeeTX18 & @CoryBooker to create a commission to study effects of slavery on Black Americans & explore remedies, including possible reparations. The results are noteworthy A THREAD 1/
