@currys Thank you for swift reply. I have sent a direct message and I’m awaiting a response. I have also been advised that I will be contacted by a manager but I am yet to receive a call. At my wits end with this!
@currys disgusting and despicable service! Having to report to trading standards and ombudsman. Over month without a fridge due to poor service and negligence by Currys and repair scheme. Delivery team and UK customer services are atrocious. AVOID CURRYS!!!!!
@EE I am absolutely disgusted. Inebriated EE representative that could barely speak let alone be understood! Trying to help an 83 year old man with dementia with his contract and unable to get anywhere on call! Awful!
