@Instacart it’s been almost a week since my groceries were not delivered but credit card charged. I have emailed, called, Facebooked and tweeted to try and connect with SOMEONE at instacart who can help me. So far no luck. #donotuseinstacart

[Stephanie Kortekaas @steph_weber]

@Instacart my delivery never arrived yesterday but my card was charged and said groceries delivered. I can’t get thru to customer service on the phone, chat or email. Please refund me ASAP and fire the shopper!!! #disappointed

[Stephanie Kortekaas @steph_weber]

@GOtransit customers utilizing the bathroom for extra room...we need more service on the #KitchenerGO line!! We pay too much to feel like cattle...

[Stephanie Kortekaas @steph_weber]

@RogersHelps why don't any of your customer service/sales numbers work, and why doesn't chat work either? How are customers supposed to get through for the "promotion"? #rogerscrashed

[Stephanie Kortekaas @steph_weber]

None of the customer service numbers or chats work @Rogers. Why bother offering a promo when your network will totally crash? Outrageous for existing customers. I have been trying to contact them for over 24 hours,

[Stephanie Kortekaas @steph_weber]

@Asurion is the worst company ever. Cancel your plan! They charge you out of nowhere for returned phones and claim they "didn't receive it"

@AirCanada shits the bed on busiest travel week of the year. No sign for lines, not enough staff #missedflightseverywhere #yyz

[Stephanie Kortekaas @steph_weber]

@TTChelps Just witnessed a #TTC worker say to a customer "can't you read? Don't make me talk" nice customer service #governmentjobproblems

#OnePlus might have the absolute WORST customer service and return policy team ever. #donotbuyaoneplus #theyaretheworst #iphoneforever

The only thing greater than the #Jays winning right now, would be if #RobFord was mayor at the same time...
