Today my kids saw a man injecting himself drug just off the high street near our house. He then left used/bloody syringes. Phoned the police once more, but they did not come.#worried

@BhamCityCouncil Flytipping reported over 3 wks ago (8009936491). Still unresolved. Very unhelpful staff. A disgrace.
