I'm also really grateful to have found a post-PhD job that so perfectly matches what I was looking for, and I discovered a lot of cool opportunities in government and academic-adjacent spaces while applying for postdocs and jobs. Happy to chat with folks about this process!

@VladChituc The latter feels more likely to me here esp if he was publicly discussing the results of the study at the time as some have pointed out, but either way feels worthy of blame/responsibility. I’m similarly grateful for the opportunities I had at the lab. It’s messy and upsetting!

@VladChituc It’s def hard to reconcile, but I feel like it’s worth talking about what it means for a person to commit fraud, like if you are literally the person entering numbers vs. in charge of a team where someone is under the impression that they can or should do that to confirm a result
