@zander Oh absolutely. There was nothing to be done in wind like that. That's the thing about tragedies like this, new methods for combating fires like this will eventually be devised, but it has to happen a few times first before we figure out the how's.

I keep seeing posts about the California fires regarding whether or not you can use water from the ocean to fight them. Good news - you absolutely can use ocean water to fight fires. But! You need the right equipment for it. Luckily, Canada has some! So glad we're able to help!
