Dangerous for many people to have that kind of therapy cut off without an exit strategy so people are not severely traumatized.

@hannahbethbell @thesoundmill People on Income Assistance and the AccessAbility program are in the worst shape. If you drive your own car to doctor appointments, you get .20 cents per Km. But they will pay thousands a year for cabs to medical appointments.

While @InfoPEI and @dennyking are holding back the $150 checks until July - fun facts. People on income assistance and AccessAbility get $145 for prescription glasses including frames. A person who's worked in the industry says it's the same as it was 50 years ago when he was 20

@Health_PEI and @dennyking Don't care that cutting funding to something as specialized as #animaltherapy #equinetherapypei without a process is destructive and deadly to people who are in that type of therapeutic environment - already dealing with trauma -they added more trauma!

Since the @dennyking @Health_PEI #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth is OKAY with cutting subsidies for specialized mental health service #CPTSD #PTSD for the most vulnerable people on PEI without notice - I wonder how many suicides and hospitalizations since the cut in funding?

@ReporterTeresa For at-risk groups like me (60 and underlying health issues) - There is no one to turn to for real help. Can't even get rapid tests.
