The first step is to be disciplined; schedule some time and do it. The One Year Bible is a good place to start, or the M’Cheyne reading plan if you have more time. Your next step is a Study Bible. ESV is great and so is NIV for the most part. Then graduate to expositional commentaries. RC Sproul’s commentaries are available on Audible; that way you can do a deep dive on a Bible book while sitting in traffic.
