Yes. The play should have worked. But we shouldn't have to rely on getting lucky the D called it badly. Not with the game in the balance.

It was a low percentage call that beat the D this tome, but also relied on our QB to do something he struggles with.

Is that a high percentage throw for Reed?

If the D had rushed one from the right side and left a LB to cover the RB it's blown up.

They rushed two and it was wide open.

The O has no identity. No flow. Isn’t adjusting to the game.

KJ ran great early on, and it lioked like we were going to gas their front 7 by half time. Then we stopped running.

We continue to leave the edge unblocked on short yardage runs.

The throw on 4th and short was inexplicable. Outsmarted himself on that one.

At some point you need to be aware of what you're body is willing to give you that day, and certainly need to reduce volume and focus on rest.

But in my 50's I'm lifting as strong as ever. Just not every week.

The head-to-head tactical game vs an experienced DC is something he hasn't done before. The SEC DCs are going to eat him alive if he doesn't learn FAST
