The purpose of negative emotions is not to cause misery. It’s to prevent mistakes.
Outrage is a signal to speak. Disappointment is a cue to persist. Anxiety is a prompt to prepare. Guilt is a reminder to repair.
Pain reveals principles. Where we hurt is a clue to what we value.
Win or lose: we have a bigger problem than just this game. Hockey has become too expensive. It’s unaffordable for most Canadian families. Tonight, we’re seeing the best who can afford to play. We need to make hockey financially accessible to more Canadians. #WorldJuniors

Every parent and teacher should be required to read these two books.
I think these two important and essential books should be at the top of every bestseller list. I highly recommend them to everyone.
One lesson from both the books:
My brother coached Zach Hyman when he was around 10, 11, 12 years old for a few years.
It was a stacked team. Skinner, Balisy, McFarland, Smith-Pelley and Toffoli to name a few.
Hyman was not even close to being the best player. Not even close.
But, my brother said he was always the hardest worker. Every practice, every shift, every game. Always.
People thought he was only on the team because his dad was involved in hockey. He had to listen to that every year. But it never fazed him.
He epitomizes what hard work is. Look at him now.
The best 10, 11, or 12 year old is not always the best 25 or 30 year old. Remember that kids. Work hard.
Congrats Zach.
@PremierScottMoe I was at the table. STF was there, Scott. We cleared two full days to negotiate in good faith. Your team didn’t even enter the building today. Yesterday they wouldn’t start until 1pm, and then had no ability to negotiate. Stop with the lies, as premier you need to do better.
Houston Texans QB CJ Stroud has a unique Pre-Game Warm-Up Routine.
It's a great reminder to young QB's...
Don't specialize too soon.
Playing multiple sports will make you a more well rounded athlete and ultimately a more effective Quarterback.
