Today, we are excited to announce Lighthouse, a $15B+ data center campus in Port Washington, Wisconsin, that will be developed with @Oracle and @OpenAI to expand their Stargate partnership.

The 672-acre campus will feature four state-of-the-art data centers providing close to a gigawatt of AI capacity. Lighthouse is designed to preserve local resources, support new clean energy resources and advance environmental stewardship while delivering immediate and significant long-term economic benefits to Port Washington residents and surrounding communities.

“Our investment in Wisconsin reflects the area’s strong foundation for digital growth to support sustainable AI innovation at scale. Vantage is committed to being a good neighbor and is prioritizing investing in sustainable energy, minimizing local impact and partnering closely with the community to be an economic driver for the state,” said Dana Adams, president of North America, at Vantage Data Centers.

Lighthouse will create more than 4,000 skilled construction jobs, most of them union-led and over 1,000 long-term positions, driving economic growth across the state. The campus will also set a new sustainability benchmark with water positive operations, a net gain in biodiversity and LEED certification.

Our APAC president, Jeremy Deutsch, recently met with YB Tengku Zafrul Aziz, Minister of Investment, Trade & Industry of Malaysia. and YB Gobind Singh Deo, Minister of Digital of Malaysia, to discuss Malaysia's potential as a regional digital hub. As chairman of the Asia-Pacific Data Centre Association, Jeremy also offered to collaborate with the Ministries, providing data-driven thought leadership on the economic impact and sustainability of data centers. These discussions highlight Vantage's commitment to partnering with the Malaysian government and supporting the nation's growth as a key digital hub in the Asia-Pacific region, a strategic market for Vantage.

This week, the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action hosted #EnergyEfficiencyDay in Berlin where our own Jinel Fourie, director, public policy, EMEA, participated on a data center panel discussion.

Panelists engaged on a variety of topics, including energy efficiency, how to balance a pro-growth policy agenda with the demands this places on energy infrastructure, as well as policy solutions that are needed to enable infrastructure upgrades and sector growth.

We’re pleased to announce the delivery of AZ13, the third completed facility on our developing AZ1 data center campus, and the topping out of AZ14 on the same campus. When fully developed, the 50-acre campus will offer hyperscalers and large cloud providers 176MW of critical IT load across five data centers totaling more than 1 million square feet.

In celebration of the construction milestones and holiday season, general contractor @McCarthyBuild and Vantage provided turkeys for the projects' approximately 300 construction crew members as a gesture of gratitude for everyone’s hard work and diligent safety efforts.
