@JosinaAnderson It’s been consistent all tournament where a player was given for a yellow card for a tackle only for VAR to review and see there was no foul rather than simulation. Yellow is given every time the other way. Sucks but maybe don’t flop.

The Argentina player was yellowed and he did not commit the foul, rather the Swiss player dove which is why he was afforded the yellow. If it was a regular foul no yellow called on the field it wouldn’t have been reviewed. Learn the rules.

@Jackson_Gossick @FOXSports It’s because the Argentinian was given a yellow on the play. The VAR ruled he didn’t commit a foul and instead the Swiss player flopped. I personally hate the flop yellow rule.

They were battling for position and Balos momentum as he was stepping through caught the players ankle. In real time there was no way to prevent that as his foot had to land somewhere. Zero intent!

@FirstTake @RealJayWilliams Jay just contradicted himself by saying in the beginning there is no rule for shaking hands but then midway segment says it’s a dumb rule ti shake hands. IMO, it shouldn’t be mandatory or obligatory to shake hands. If one chooses to do so then cool if not then cool.
