Ordered 2 pairs of boots for my kids 1st July. Payment taken immediately. Notified on 5th July that 1 pair of boots not in stock! 10th July still waiting for refund. Called for an update. Told both pairs not in stock. Still waiting for refund. USELESS

I’ve been trying to talk to a human at @edfenergy for weeks. Over 4 hours in total! Just done 32 mins to be answered and told there a computer glitch and someone would answer in 2 mins. Then got cut off! Same story every time! @edfcustomers an utter disgrace! #edf
