When are you going to own up to your unprofessionalism from all the chaos and delays from July 5? Awful experience. Worst service. The unprofessionalism was astounding. Also, why would an EMPTY liquor bottle in my CHECKED baggage be thrown away? Explain.

@HeathrowAirport Why weren’t passengers notified? Why wasn’t the app updated? Everything was mum by all the employees and the silence just made everything 10x worse. People couldn’t “relax” or get food or drink. Ahborable. Nobody could sit, not even the elderly.

@HeathrowAirport What about the chaos yesterday morning? I find that far more egregious than the confiscation of an empty liquor bottle. What was the security threat? Why was everything utter chaos 5 hours after the fact? Why weren’t flights delayed to make allowances for such a debacle?
