@RussMK @KatrinaKibben An ally isn't open to all view points. An ally is open to the truth and will defend and support LGBTQ+ people against people who treat us poorly. Are you also open to a racist or bigoted view point? Where are your guardrails? You need to do some deep thinking.

@corprteUnicorn I can see her trying to be empathetic, and as an empath I get it, but there are people you hold empathetic space for and people who do not deserve your energy. Racists, bigots, misogynists, homophobes don't deserve empathy. They deserve anger and consequences.

@ChrisEvans I highly recommend ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) for anyone suffering from anxiety or depression. It allows you to have tools to deal with these moments and has changed my life.
