@BritishGas Worst company, multiple complaints around the same issue and all they do is send an email asking to close the complaint. Cancelled all my bills over a 2 year period to reissue them with different dates and charge more for 1 month with less usage than the previous month 😡
@DPDgroup_news never known such an absolutely incompetent company as this lot pre 10.30 booked go through to customer service and driver hasn’t even left 🤬😡😤🤯
@johnlewishelp But many customers were allowed to collect their orders or have their orders delivered, you are allowing some to benefit and not others!
@JohnLewisRetail One thing to cancel orders because of an incorrect promo code, but sending people emails to drive 30 mins to collect orders you have cancelled without telling them is not on! no email to notify cancelling or when to expect refunds? You took the money fast enough!
@johnlewishelp It would have been nice to be told it was cancelled, I thought after the order had been dispatched it forms a contract of sale, very wrong that you recalled all orders that had been dispatched and still no email 😡

@virginmedia Sunday I was put on hold for 5 hours then promised a call from a manager, then yesterday one of my complaints was escalated to a manager yet I still haven’t had a phone call????
