NBIS has no projects in New York.

Even if they did, all projects that are already permitted can continue.

So what? So even if this starts a precedent with a few liberal states, 99% chance that all pre-permitted projects can move forward….meaning nobody is caught flat footed.

They already said if one data center project is nixed, they have an enormous pipeline of sites.
