Hi @DHLParcelUK - not happy with your service! You sent a text saying delivery between 12.49 and 1.49 today;got a card at 12.15 saying they couldn’t deliver as I wasn’t in! 1)I was definitely in,waiting for delivery 2)it was outside the delivery time anyway! Why did this happen?
