Police punch Black man in his face—arrest him just standing on public sidewalk.

"My poor neighbor was standing on the sidewalk when 2 cops jumped out and started attacking him."

"Officer punched his face multiple times," man filming said.

Man driving accused of fleeing pursuit of officers while speeding and allegedly intoxicated.

However—Tedrick Washington was in the back seat and not in control of the vehicle at any time.

He was later charged with "obstruction of governmental operations."

Arkansas State Police have made no statement as to whether the officer’s use of force is under review.
