All GAPs must be filled.
Silver's 3 day GAP up in back on Nov 28 - Dec 1 has been closed. Silver should be $75 by the end of Sept, then bounce around until Jan 2027, then Silver will retest $120 next spring 2027.
I posted back in Dec 2025, calling for a Silver price of $53.33 to close the GAP. Silver did not make to $53.33, but July 17th's $54.76 is close enough. Silver could go back down below $58, from Friday (Aug 7) price, then bounce and never cross below $60 again.
@philgoldape Thank you for you comment.

For this recent Sliver price increase. The next GAP which will need to be filled should be $53.33
(YES, it will be painful. But this will maintain a health market.)
All gaps must be closed.
If price holds around $29 USD, silver has filed the May 17 gap up. Silver should remain in this price range until mid-August then the next leg up will take place.

@bozhaschi Great 6 year old EW chart.
I learned EW from Mr. Jim Bell (RIP) back in 2005. Mr. Bell was also a GAP analyst. He always stated that "All GAPs must be filled". This is the one chart signal I trust and have profited from greatly.
What are your thoughts on using GAP analyst's "All GAPs must be filled"?
I posted this back in Dec 2025, calling for a price of $53.33 to close the GAP. Today's $54.76 shut the door, but I do not know if it closed the GAP from Nov 28, 2025.

Here is what happens to inventory shortage.
This is what's left of Mr. Cooper's Lewisville, TX Campus.

Picture #2: What it looks like now. All gone.
But the good news is it appears that they are building apartments. Which is just what DFW needs since we only have an estimated 121,000 units currently vacant.
@Tradingchannels@Tradingchannels nice chart, I believe silver is heading to $53.33 by Aug 1. Then the next leg up should be what @Oliver_MSA forecast will be in play.

@barnes_law, Sorry you are having to pay more for gas.
FYI, because you are having to pay more for gas, all of my family in Texas are fully employed.
Start at time 1:45. "... our lives depend on it"
@barnes_law you are acting like the rattlesnake.
Peace, Scott

@vonderleyen Since 2020 the Global Spend on renewable energy is approx. $15 Trillion dollars.
What did $15 Trillion dollars buy us? A shortage of oil after 4 weeks because only 20% of the world supply of global oil being cutoff.
Renewable energy, Stupid is, as Stupid does.
PennyMac was founded in 2008 (during the subprime mortgage crisis) by Stanford Kurland, the former President of Countrywide Financial, with financial support from BlackRock and Highfields Capital Management.

Something is going on over at PennyMac Mortgage (PMT). Remember, PMT is the bank that CountryWide Mortgage started after CountyWide's bankruptcy in 2008.

The longer that the Strait of Hormuz are closed, the better it is for Texas and the other oil producing states.
There is a great collateral damage that is occurring with the Strait of Hormuz being closed.
