Today was all about leg day.
Sumo squats, half squats, and goblet squats got the work done.
I’ve got an expedition coming up, so building strength and stamina in my legs is the focus right now - every rep counts.
On another note, I’ve recently joined the StepUp app and I’m low-key addicted 😅… It makes staying active feel fun and keeps me moving consistently.
Legs trained. Energy up. Consistency locked in.

Can you send us feedback logs from StepUp > Settings > Help & Feedback > Send Feedback to help us identify and fix the issue?
@hanny1973 One workaround for that is to sign out in the morning and sign back in at the end of the day.
But please make sure to sign back in at least once a week so your step history get synced to your account.
FB finally fixed the issue & assured us that it won't happen again!
You should be able to sign into your FB account again now, and your step history for the last week should sync to your FB account automatically.

Walk between your sets.
Walk in the morning.
Walk at night.
Walking is the most underrated exercise on the planet. Get out and get moving.
The one exercise I see in people who live the longest:
Walking.
Getting 8000 steps has been associated with up to a 50% reduced rate of mortality.
It protects the brain through neuroplasticity.
It’s the most underrated exercise on the planet.
I’m not saying going for a walk will solve all your problems, I’m just saying there’s almost no problem that’s going to be made worse by going for a walk.
