By talking to someone else.
Trust me when I say one of the easiest ways to move on from someone is to start talking to someone new. The moment you start chatting, spending time with, or getting to know someone you genuinely like, your attention gradually shifts. You start creating new memories, developing new feelings, and realizing there’s more out there beyond the person you were stuck on.
It doesn’t mean you’re using the new person to replace the old one. Sometimes, you just need a new connection to remind you that your heart can still find somewhere else to go.
