Dude chill out, you’re on your 10th post about peaters and people who never interact with you, you’re talking about self-control, emotional control and keep making rage bait posts just to pointlessly argue with people. Why pointlessly, because even when somebody will totally prove you wrong, you will switch to personal attacks and keep talking about your experience and few studies that support your claim. Because if you agree that you were wrong it will damage your ‘reputation’. high sugar causes inflammation in the brain, it makes you more sluggish mentally and reduces your cognitive energy levels
the brain runs far more effectively on high quality fat than it does carbs
there’s no debate here, it has been proven definitively that for ATP conversion in the brain FAT IS SUPERIOR TO CARBS

high sugar and high carb is only optimal if you are an athlete, it’s only optimal if you need that extra energy to gain a competitive edge in a physical arena
but for the vast majority of us?
we aren’t professional athletes who work full time in a sport
we are hobby athletes, and we have jobs and lives, and our minds are our most important asset
thus we need to take care of the brain, give it love, stop abusing it with stimulants and drugs and sugar, and give it care and support
it’s all about longevity anyway right?
and we want to stay healthy for a long time, not develop dementia or cancer and all those bad things
well for that to happen the high protein and high fat diet is your best friend
and furthermore it’s also just cracked af
you could eat sugar and take stimulants and take nootropics and drugs and everything you want to overclock your mind
and yet your cognitive functioning is still gonna be inferior to someone who’s sober on this diet
trust me I’ve experimented with all these things myself, and nothing comes close to this if you want a cognitive edge

chicken is for scrubs, all you need is eggs, steak, beef, and fish
and all your carbs should come from dairy
particularly kefir
kefir is what is gonna keep your gut balanced and good, so it’s important you get a glass of it a day
then you also want to make sure you have a solid vitamin and mineral stack, I’m not gonna list them all out here, but I have my own personal made stack I take 3 times a day to ensure all my micronutrients are balanced and adequate levels

and if you follow this diet truly and correctly, then you’ll quickly come to the same realization as me
that all other biohackers than me are retarded and coping over their pleb diets
always master the fundamentals first

@BerbarianWizard Gotcha. I meant L-carnitine more in the context of increasing androgen receptor density, and also as one of the factors that can help with fat loss. I’ve heard stories that experiments with androgenic compounds may produce better results when they are combined with L-carnitine.
