This happened in Shahpur, Ahmedabad. This report says Gujarat Police barged into Muslim houses during Ifthar & assaulted everyone including pregnant lady.

Rumours are dangerous; they travel extremely fast. You could have entertained a rumour & not even knew; or worse you started it. Some people start a rumour simply because they have nothing to say. You may think it’s harmless. It’s not, flee from it. Have nothing to do with it!

Misinformation is bad news. Actually, in our current climate, misinformation is lethal. It can kill. So please be aware of what you’re spreading. If you cannot verify it, it’s best not to spread it. It’s better to err on the side of caution than to cause panic and pandemonium!
