I feel like I am working out funding networks better recently. It's just that I look at them, and think "effing ell, that's going to take a few days to explain." A lot of it relates to the European Union! For instance, the wealth tax lobby links back to the European Commission. George Soros gets subsidies from the European Commission AND he funds groups that lobby for wealth taxes. I also now understand all the left-wing groups that work together. Most of the electorate have never heard of them, but they're a big self-perpetuating eco-system. The biggest foreign interference I find is US and German. Both come up a LOT and that's very worrying for our democracy. We are also constantly being manipulated by social media and outdoor advertising. Too often the Right waste their time arguing with bots or people paid to put out propaganda ("Sadiq Khan is amazing!"). If someone puts out an opinion that sounds mad, there's every chance they are "shilling" (and that works across the political spectrum).
