Is there a worse delivery company in the world? @UPS incorrect delivery information on the tracking website, when you finally get to speak to someone (human) they struggle with English language. No resolution and waiting to speak to a manager, shock horror, still waiting!

Absolutely shocking and infuriating from @UPS sent a package with correct customs documents on 13/09/2023, held in customs. 6 phone calls later with no resolution, requested the package to be returned to sender on 05/10/2023. Another 6 phone conversations later still no package.
