After dealing with @NatWest_Help @NatWestGroup it’s safe to say they are on another level. No customer service, waiting 7 weeks for a refund then it’s wrong.

Absolute waste of my energy and resource. NatWest = shambles

@NatWest_Help Hi Debbie I’ve just chased this with apparently euro money and not NatWest travel?? Shambles the lot of it to be honest. Can I arrange a call to transfer all my personal accounts and business accounts away from NatWest. 1st December this travel money was ordered

@NatWest_Help @NatWestGroup anyone wanting any currency then don’t order from NatWest. Purchased currency 1st December, they didn’t deliver in time and I’m still awaiting refund. Theft at its best. Customer services are useless.Personal and business accounts to be moved shortly.

When you fly with @TUIUK and you’re late departing again. Twice this year… twice there’s a delay. A long flight from Punta Cana doesn’t need this 🤦‍♂️ says we are boarding but waiting on the crew to board apparently. God knows when we will leave.
