@FuentesUpdates The mate market is under total control of the government. There is no liberty on the dating game. Women are COPS informants. The state pre-arranges all dating & marital arrangements. Ugly guys stand a chance, but they are dependent on the state trafficking a female to them.
@LeadingReport The text 'nor shall any State deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection..' appears to include illegals. You can't commit free crime against an immigrant. Their 'specific' rights are case-specific. It's really 'privileges' they appear to be excluded from.
@LeadingReport I'm not so sure. The ICE officers presumably heed due process: they inspect the papers, hold a hearing, & deport if guilty. You cannot deprive anyone of life, liberty, property w/ out due process. Crime is never free. The constitution describes the inalienable rights of all men.
@Clav0Updates He's selling cosmetic surgery. Most guys will be called fake or invalid, and won't get the same results. The FBI is violating your rights. Current health policy under RFK supports preventative medicine, not heroic medical interventions. Focus on health, not drugs and surgery.
@barragers He's selling cosmetic surgery (hence all the attention he gets). Surgery is rarely the solution. After the surgery, people get bullied as fake, or invalid. The real problem is never solved: the Gov uses coercion on influencers, having them unreasonably bullied to exploit them.
@ReneePittman124 Yes, it's pseudo science. The DSM does not exist in nature. There is no disease state that can be detected at the level of the symptoms for any disorder. Also, no biological test exists that can diagnose disorder w/ any certainty. There is no measureable genotype nor phenotype.
@maddenifico There is no way her CNN testimony was credible. She contradicts her claims of a violent attack at the end of the interview and she never even claims she said stop. No valid ruling can be drawn on testimony alone in these situations. The judge was irresponsible.
@thejackhopkins A court ruling does not mean a thing. Even when convicted, a criminal may appeal or file motions to have a charge vacated or overturned. If they are proven innocent in subsequent inquiries, they can come back and sue or prosecute their own perpetrators.
@Hazeludw Since women are 'community policing' informants they're often guilty of many crimes in these situations, including falsification, extortion, kidnapping, & sexual assault. Carroll is up for perjury, a serious charge. Yes, we do need a stronger deterrent against false allegations.
@KrystalWolfyAlt Unless the victim suffers bodily injury, or the use-of-force involves an objective age-related violation, then typically the charge is bogus. I've had public officials tell me that women have cop handlers that force them to put out in the workplace whenever asked.
@KrystalWolfyAlt All women are informants in a DOJ program known as 'community policing'. Women typically have consented beforehand if they are on a date with someone. The FBI has a practice of 'making sure the guy pays for it' and encourage (or instruct) women to bring false allegations.
@JonathanCohn In a civil suit where the burden of proof is 51/49, the game is for the judge to convict on cynicism. It's always 'off with the guys head' or 'his loss is my gain.' He claims the evidence supports one side, but in reality, the guy just wants to beleive the glass is half empty.
@JonathanCohn A court ruling in the U.S. is worth zero as far as the truth is concerned. Judges and juries are prejudiced and won't admit it. Police conspire with defense attorney's, prosecutors, and jurors to suppress evidence and win false convictions. Evidence is never evaluated fairly.
@Milajoy She never states a claim for SA. The inconsistencies in her story lead to a conclusion that she exaggerated, or misrepresented consensual physical movement using a language of 'force.' Another woman deluded by the liberal education system into thinking all sex is rape. Truly sad.
@EricLDaugh There were flagrant inconsistencies in her story to CNN. She first claims Trump violently slammed her head against the wall to make it sound like a violent attack. At the end, however, she describes it as a melodramatic 'emotional truth', saying she was not violently manhandled.
@ouch_canada The kidnapping is a false flag to push U.S. investigations into MkUltra. I'm glad that political abuses of psychiatry are getting addressed as well. He stretches the limits of acceptable discourse, but appears sound minded. PhD's in biophysics may just be privy to more info.
@ouch_canada He is not visibly disorganized. He can speak and be understood. He measures his allegations against the available evidence. He is sound minded. MkUltra and mind control just came on the U.S. agenda. These issues have been discussed for years. He's being held political prisoner.
@AntonioTweets2 Psychiatrists are not trained in the law, and are not the venue for determining if a 'conspiracy' exists or if any person was ever victim to a conspiracy. If he appears outwardly normal (and can speak and be understood) then he does not have a thought or speech disorder either.
@AntonioTweets2 If he's being accused of 'delusion' in the vast majority of instances the shrink will not be able to prove it. Unless he claims he was abducted by aliens (or something similar) then he is not 'grossly impaired.' If he's alleging harassment, then he's being retaliated against.
