@jet2tweets - Didn’t get pre-paid meals on plane due to an issue. Still no refund. Spoke to customer services on what’s app for over a day yesterday and today, had to answer all sorts of questions for security, then told to fill out a form. Not good enough. Where’s my refund?

@Dyson I’ve been trying to buy a replacement V8 battery for nearly 6 weeks after a web order. 5 phone calls latter (each a week apart) and 5 promises later - apparently you don’t make it anymore. I’ve been ordered another, but no real hope it will arrive. Paperweight vacuum.

@MrClutch_Auto avoid at all costs! Took my car in for a new ball-joint after a failed MOT. When I took it back to the first garage for a retest, mr clutch hadn’t done the bolt up to hold the arm in place! Was hanging off. Very dangerous. Could have crashed. Complaint fobbed off.
@BadgerPubs was served raw chicken at your whitchelstow pub in Swindon. Reported to the food standards agency and emailed you on your web site (at the same time). Was contacted by Swindon council the next day, but haven’t heard back from you at all!
@BMW The most unreliable new car I’ve ever purchased. Very disappointed in 5-series. Been in to the garage in double figures for warranty issues. Can’t recommend.
