If you've reached the ned of the week with a list of things you wanted to get done, but haven't, you might want to have a peep at my latest newsletter on procrastination. If you can get round to it...

Why did the procrastinator become a baker?
Because she kneaded a little extra dough before getting started.
I know. In my defence, ChatGPT told me that joke when I was supposed to be researching this week's newsletter on procrastination: https://t.co/X2ohhoohDj
What’s the craziest thing you’ve done to avoid speaking in public? I once contemplated getting myself run over by a tram rather than do a presentation. I know.
Tips, tools and thoughts to help here - less tram, more speaking . https://t.co/LDLoP9TAYG
With @Anita_Plots@steve_wing Positive Voices Speakers for @THTorguk at @ChaileySchool for the year 10 sex and relationship day. Sharing up to date knowledge and information about HIV & sexual health with these fantastic and attentive pupils over 6 sessions, great questions.
"As I’m writing this I’m thinking “Who the hell am I to be writing about Impostor Syndrome? Who the f*ck do I think I am? " Sound familiar? The latest Talk Less, Listen More newsletter is all about Imposter Syndrome. Get it here: https://t.co/RgZoF1nJG5
I know. Not super original. But useful. I've started a weekly newsletter that collects ONE unmissable thing to watch, read, listen to and learn, grouped by themes that often comes up with people I coach. This week = confidence https://t.co/gvtOvF3pk7
I often discuss with clients the difference between mentoring & coaching, and how powerful mentoring can be - no matter where you are in your career, everyone can benefit from it. But you need to be proactive, so don’t be afraid to contact someone you admire and just ask.
UN urges Uganda to block ‘worst in the world’ anti-LQBTQ+ bill. I know how painful it is for my Ugandan friends to ask is to #boycottuganda but this undermines the fundamental human rights of all Ugandans and could reverse gains in the fight against HIV https://t.co/M7mYBDKd32
#Uganda's proposed #AntiHomosexualityBill, harsher even than other homophobic legislation in African nations, is not only a violation of human rights but will seriously disrupt the country's efforts to halt #HIV infections and end #AIDS deaths.
The passage of the Anti-Homosexuality Act by the Parliament of Uganda is deeply concerning. This law would jeopardize progress in the fight against HIV/AIDS, deter tourism and investment in Uganda, and damage Uganda’s international reputation. Human rights are universal.

@cbcreative What was this looking up at me? I didn’t recognise it. Not bolt and rivet. Flesh and blood. I’d read about it in history books. A civilisation that spent so much time attacking itself it let the sun drown it. It made a noise. A hum, like cabin pressure. Would it attack me?
Being involved in The Exchange last year was an incredible experience - @gincoffeeshoes you were a massive part of that, so thank you for being so brilliant and supportive and fun! The ask for 2020 is for the senior industry leading men to get involved - please do!
I was lucky enough last year to do this and to be paired with the brilliant and lovely @steve_wing. Senior men of adland, get involved, you will not regret it.
@gincoffeeshoes@cecileachour@bloomuk Amy! You're way too kind, but the feeling is totally mutual! Sorry for the late reply - I seemed to have totally missed this. Hope all is good with you.
