This Tuju case is a sad one. He says he took the loan from EDB bank not to buy a property but to do a project. Unfortunately the bank only released Ksh 900M of the 1.2B they had approved for him, which was paid directly to the vendors. Unfortunately they refused to release the remaining Ksh 300M that was to be paid to his account to help start the project.

He says later on when the situation worsened and the courts frustrated him, he had looked for money from his friends investors who were ready to repay EDB bank all their money they had disbursed towards the project but the EDB bank refused to be refunded the money.
