@LloydsBankBiz the bonus entry. I had a 30 min conversation with lloyds customer services last week. I was told it was a technical glitch that would be fixed within 7 days. There still seems no way of activating the bonus entry via Rewards tab. Thanks

@LloydsBankBiz I have recently switched from Halifax app to Lloyd's app. I had an email from halifax saying I was in the super prize draw but, to boost my chances, I can "activate your bonus entry" by clicking on Rewards in the app. I clicked through Rewards, but nothing there to "activate"...
