@ASIISNEAR @MatrixMysteries They don’t tack anything on anywhere. You pay interest based on the outstanding balance of the loan at points in time. Year 1, you owe a lot more than year 20. But your payment is calculated in a way to be constant over the life of the loan…assuming a standard 30 yr mortgage.

@juliandeangeIis Great article on the benefits SDD. I decided on OpenSpec over GitHub SpecKit and BMAD. I like BMAD as well, but much heavier than the other two. If you’re building a new GreenField project or company, BMAD has additional tools to help with that.

It says to call the 866 number to get an immediate response. I suggest you have your own personnel navigate the hell that is your phone system to get to the right person for a billing dispute and to get answers.

@emoryhealthcare You have abstracted away the billing department and the provider of services so much that you aren't able to explain charges after 4+ months of inquiring. Took 14 days to get a reply through MyChart. Says it will take 5+ business days to get a reply to my reply.
