@EE I tried check status, in several locations from Surrey and into London. Same outcome, said No Issues. It isn’t a signal issue - calls are working fine via cellular, but no data connection at all. Still not working as of this moment.

@EE Hi Phil - thanks. Yes I did and it said there were no reported issues. But it is still not working for my wife or me. On Downdetector it seems many others are reporting issues too.

@Hermesparcels my 2 parcels dropped off in one of your parcelshops did not arrive. The tracking number on the receipt doesn’t work. Your contact options are very poor as they rely on the tracking number. I’ve contacted the retailer and they also rely on the tracking number. Help!
