@Sean_Lunt I know it’s probably a bit of a wild thought, but it’s crossed my mind today that we now need to sell someone (HA in this case) because the CEO made promises and now is in a position where he can’t lose face.
@rjaltmann1@joe_thomas18@LordStu1234 Hahahahaha oh my god. I have never once thought about his contract, never mind think he’s not worried about it. It’s you that’s said that ! If he is worried about his contract, why is he hanging them out to dry?
@rjaltmann1@joe_thomas18@LordStu1234 No Everton fans are “thrilled” currently. I don’t put much of the blame at Moyes door though. It’s a particularly stupid view of yours to think that he’s worried about his next contract, so goes public against the hierarchy. I mean there’s stupid, and then there’s stupid.
Can’t reply directly to this, so reposting. Don’t conflate twitter views with the general feeling towards David Moyes. He still has plenty more capital with natch going fans.
@GiuliaBould@ElBobble@THT1878 Genuine question, without any judgement from me. Do you feel played in your interviews last week, given today’s news, and David Moyes post match comments? It seems that the interviews gave him a platform for CEO spin.
@Joe3y6@DanHints Soooooo, you’re saying your opinions are wrong in hindsight?😂 I’m like you though, I have my thoughts on something, and not easily persuaded. Having said that, I still think your reasoning about the HA sale needs rethinking😂😂
@rjaltmann1@joe_thomas18@LordStu1234 He’s not thinking of his next contract. He’s thinking of the club. That’s clear from his answers in the post match our conference. There’s obviously moves to get players out, and he’s against it.
