Starting to prepare for my talk at SEMICON Taiwan 2026 this week. Who else is going to be attending??

[steve chen @stevechen]

Incredible for Silicon Valley. This is what sets @ycombinator apart -- giving founders access to one another and to people who have actually done this before! This bridge to leaders who have founded companies, raised capital, and scaled is so essential.

Thanks @garrytan.

[Garry Tan @garrytan]

YC Startup School 2026 just got going

3x bigger than last year

We made this event for first time very technical young people to come to SF and figure out if starting a company is for them

Let you in on a secret: it is

[steve chen @stevechen]

I watched you debate Kevin O’Leary. Every point you made was spot-on while Kevin kept going back to promoting companies he’s invested in (even calling them out by name). Kevin couldn’t stop talk about how evil China was and I liked how you asked him if he had actually visited those cities in China!

[steve chen @stevechen]

@Kimi_Moonshot Congratulations to the Kimi team.

[steve chen @stevechen]

@samir_vasavada @viseinc Congratulations @samir_vasavada and @viseinc. Amazing to see what you've done since 2023, but I'm more excited to see what lies ahead!

Behind many of the platforms that shape modern life are Asian American innovators whose stories have too often gone untold.

"The United States of Asian+America," a digital documentary series from TAAF @taaforg in partnership with Wong Fu Productions @wongfupro, highlights AAPI changemakers who have helped shape culture, technology, and everyday life.

It's an honor to be featured in Episode 1, as host @wongfuphil sits down with me to unpack the story behind YouTube -- and how pioneers, including Phil and Wong Fu Productions, helped build the platform from the ground up.

It's an honor to be an Asian American and to be selected to share my story alongside so many who have paved the way.

@louszbd @swyx @aiDotEngineer Let’s meet up! I’m a big fan.

[steve chen @stevechen]

Ron, this was incredibly difficult to read.

You have been instrumental in building the foundation of Silicon Valley. I will always be grateful for your patience, your mentorship, and the wisdom you've shared with me over the years. More than that, you've done this all with a rare, kind heart.

Wishing you a speedy recovery and sending all my best wishes to you and your family. The UCSF team is amazing.

@TonyW @abc7kristensze You too @TonyW !!

[steve chen @stevechen]

Great catching up with @abc7kristensze!

It’s astonishing to look back at the last 21 years of YouTube’s growth. From a simple idea to a truly global community, YouTube has come a long way.

@rainbow_0219 Amazing plugin!!

I just installed the Clawdbot gateway on my Mac mini and i have two other machines talking to it. Clawdbot is all I’ve been playing with this last week. This month’s bill for Claude is going to reach a peak. Clawdbot is the future!

[David Sacks @DavidSacks]

Replaced my NYT subscription with a Mac Mini and Clawdbot. Told it to gather as much factual information as possible, then rewrite it as left-wing propaganda. Works perfectly.

Thanks @koomen for the visit! Awesome to see YC visiting UIUC! This is such an important step created for the many talented UIUC students and alums to have formal connections to Silicon Valley.

When is @pmarca making his visit?! 😀

[Paul Graham @paulg]

I bet few people there know it, but YC wouldn't exist without UIUC. My father went there from England on a Fullbright, and came back determined to move to America.

[steve chen @stevechen]

@liquidai @ramin_m_h Love seeing this! Lisa Su is a massive inspiration to me, both as a Taiwanese icon and a visionary leader. Her turnaround of AMD is legendary. Seeing the CEOs of Liquid @ramin_m_h and AMD @LisaSu together on stage is amazing!!

[steve chen @stevechen]

@dominictsz Congratulations!
