@MetamateDaz I work in CT and I am pretty sure that it is illegal to ask for a note. Nor should we ask for details as managers. You have PTO time, use it as you please or file for leave as needed
@DanMiressiCT As a legal foreign born, I have been in CT since 1999, hustling and working hard. I see so many of my colleagues who are American born look at what I do and refuse to do it. I have been in a sales position for years. Lots of pressure and most people don’t want the job
Help with insurance denial if you can! My wife has ins. through @Aetna been dealing with back issues for the past 20 yrs. Had laminectomy 15 years ago. The pain got worse, tried injections and yoga/pilates. Her dr can do min invasive surgery to relief the nerve but it was denied.
I would love it if anyone knows of any advocacy groups or legal routes we can take. The worst part is that the surgery will be paid for out of pocket since we have a high deductible plan
@BrokeDad360@PhilGarber5 Town of Trumbull CT. I have a 2000 square feet ranch and pay $11000 a year and going up again this year. Old ranch built in the 50’s. Not right!
@thirdmetax This happens every day. I work for a bank and fraud is real. Consumers are protected assuming they report it within 60 days. Businesses are at the mercy of the system. Unless they have positive pay
@DianeD17307269@Jason@joerogan@TomCruise Agreed. I was prescribed Amitriptyline for back pain and anxiety. I have been on it for years. Helped me so much. I take the lowest dose.
@Tironianae It is not true. It is offered by CVS and even at my job, they offer a flu and Covid shot on the job. I personally choose not to get the Covid shot.
