@esurv Hi we recently had a valuation on our flat on the 1st July. It is now over 2 weeks and we still are awaiting you formal response to @HalifaxBank. Can you please provide the reason for the delay? You must have service level agreements in place. This is unacceptable.

As we are not managing getting it for a single @LQHomesMatter block. What is the redress system here? What is your advice you can come up with at your £1.5m budget?!

@beccy4567 hi Beccy so you managed to get a lender to offer a mortgage against a flat without an EWS1 form. What documents did you provide and who was the bank? Sorry to hear it eventually fell through but any help would be appreciated. Thanks
