We are totally honoured to be Saskatchewaners in the crowd during the @Firebirds home opener with @boof_campbell as Assistant Coach! And obvious repping that Canadian temperature resilience in shorts, haha!
(Old headshot) I was featured in the @uSaskNursing's Research & Scholarship Newsletter in September. I've just checked out a few issues yesterday and they're really quite interesting and a great showcase for the College's research. You can find them here: https://t.co/a9IKKN4dfu

I'll be sharing quotes from the Saskatchewan caregiver participants in my thesis study on Facebook all week. Check them out at https://t.co/AwUInBFSdr #CaregiverQuotes@uSaskNursing
“We present the following list of caregiver-identified priorities: (1) orientation to the caregiving role; (2) self-care and respite; (3) adapting healthcare; (4) improved supports; (5) information needs; (6) access to resources; (7) financial assistance.”
New publication online today in the journal Health and Social Care in the Community! "Caregivers to older adults require support: A scoping review of their priorities" with @Prof_Rohatinsky, @LHoltslander, & @DrSPeacock. Available free access for now at: https://t.co/KIvQZUWF8O
So this thread is a shout-out to Nicole B in crew 33355. I commended her myself but please pass this on to her supervisor. She deserves recognition for the compassion she shared today and the dedication she has to serving your customers of all ages. 5/5
Hey @WestJet! (A short thread) While I was boarding WS3102 to Calgary this morning, the older woman sitting next to me was putting her bag in the overhead compartment. She was having a bit of a hard time and the flight attendant came over and said “Would you like some help?” 1/5
Instead of taking over, this flight attendant supported the older woman in her self-efficacy, which was incredibly thoughtful, admirable and I truly believe it was appreciated by the woman herself. 4/5
