@AvantiWestCoast Remind me why I pay almost £100 for a ticket from Birmingham to London and get the following perks - unusable WiFi, allocated seat numbers not working, cash only shop (card machine not working) and every other journey is late 😡 it’s not once it’s all the time!!

@TUIUK 58 hours and counting since my daughters money was taken and is still ‘pending’ so no holiday and no money. Completely uninterested in helping us terrible customer services. Asked to dm then told privately - “sorry we can’t help just wait and you will get your money” 😡😡
@TUIUK my daughter booked a holiday last night, the website crashed at booking, now been told you can’t release the £1245 you have taken and won’t give us a refund or a holiday?? Spoke to customer service they say wait for 48hrs for a refund!! Please help me!!
@AvantiWestCoast The email I’m referring to is the one I should have received telling me my train was cancelled and allowing me to make other arrangements. We are now 1hr behind schedule for a wedding based on the cancelled train and delay.

@haven @johnson_anna You should be able to but can’t - everything is fully booked and there is not one person that is able to help. The website either crashes or has no availability. It’s a shambles and just not good enough
@haven no words for the mess that is our booking! paid for stay & play, all slots oversubscribed and sold out in seconds no ability to change at park level or HQ with everyone blaming each other. Just wanted a nice week and the kids to go the disco and see the shows. #joke😡

@CenterParcsUK on the basis you have been closed for so long is there any reason why I can’t get into my lodge until 4pm?? With facilities limited and prices no lower to at least be allowed on site from early might have been a good idea -any thoughts or movement on this possible?
