@easyJet hi, i am due to be flying to Tenerife on 23rd Dec with a party of 6. Antigen tests are now allowed by the Canarian Government under its state of emergency. However I don’t believe @easyJet will allow us to board with unless we have PCR. Can you clarify please?

@easyJet @Kellyb0385 But the State of Emergency buy the Canarian Government allows for Antigen tests! This is not a case of what is allowed by Government to enter, it what @easyJet will allow you to board the plane!

@BBCWatchdog please investigate this absolutely cretinous company. They do not honour their warranty and leave elderly people without a working cooker for 6 months. They have tried everything to resolve this, @Hoover_UK just keep pushing them from one department to another

Update.......just got through to @easyJet only 20mins! Nice young lady told me that my voucher had not been created and did it then and there. Voucher now received, looking forward to spending it when I can

@easyJet called you on Monday to obtain a voucher for my flights to Tenerife at the weekend. Was told would recieve it with 24hrs, but no sign yet! Can’t spend another 2 hours on hold waiting to speak to someone. Please help!

@Hoseasons Absolutely disappointed by @Hoseasons response to Covid 19 crisis. Surely they should be closing parks and refunding customers. Not saying “we are open, you can still come” or “rebook, but you might need to pay more”. Do the right thing Hoseasons and offer full refunds.
