1 hr 12 mins on hold with @santanderuk, 3 different departments and just at the point of getting my account unblocked, I'm cut off. Only had it 11 days 10 of which its been blocked (as I set up a SO to myself), Ridiculous

@santanderukhelp I didn't reply as it said I still needed to call up which I've been trying. Not easy to find hours to sit waiting on hold. I got through to security and answered all the questions, I was then put on hold (cut off) whilst the account was unblocked, still not done.

@santanderuk I've recently opened an account but on day 1 the access was blocked. I've tried calling several times but when I get transfered the phone just rings and rings, I lasted an hour on one occasion. I've tried again just now and phone just kept ringing, no answer at all

@currys I've experienced 1 of the worst incidents of customer service. Lied to twice by the online team & then a store team that couldn't care less about service. Told to return a faulty (31 day old) dishwasher only to find out the reference was for a repair. Terrible service
