#OptimumSucks 3rd time today my internet service with Optimum has gone down. Called support (they are great for what they can do), but another restart your router. So, it's another 60 minutes without internet service today alone. What am I paying for? #DumpOptimum

#OptimumSucks This is absolutely the worst internet company in the world. In 3 months, I've had 7 tech visits, 8 routers, 734 telephone calls to support. And still my internet goes out at least twice day. And I'm going to tweet every time it happens again. #DumpOptimum
