#OptimumSucks 24 hours without issues. Miraculous. Hope I didn't jinx it. But guess what? I just looked at my current billing. Charged for service calls - to fix their service? #DumpOptimum

#OptimumSucks Yep, internet outage twice today again. And the phone reps cannot veer from the script. After calling 2x/day for 3 months "You'll receive an email survey after the call" I have NEVER received a survey - wonder why? #DumpOptimum

#OptimumSucks 3rd time today my internet service with Optimum has gone down. Called support (they are great for what they can do), but another restart your router. So, it's another 60 minutes without internet service today alone. What am I paying for? #DumpOptimum

@optimum is only doing what they do best. Provide poor customer service and change a lot of money. 30 hours without service and customer support. #DumpOptimum
