in not paying back what is due as you haven’t paid this yourself as we didn’t travel
You seem to ignore my emails and when I call I speak to advisors who tell me that I need to email you.

@VanMoof Was waiting for Ryan from your service to call save the expense of sending the bike it’s either the battery charger for the battery is at fault so we send a charger and that’s of the issue that’s quicker cheaper and easier for everybody is that not an option please let me know by

Hope people realise in the UK the support is poor unless you live in London. Hope your bike is now ok
@VanMoof Yes, Van Moof changed my life. I'm £3k poorer and another £500 at least on top of that to get the bike fixed now the warranty has expired. Smart cartridge - £500 to replace. Battery; £350. Shipping; £100. Plus labour.
