Admirer of great service, sporting excellence, people that make difficult things look easy, can-do attitudes, dry humour and a good pint. Views are my own.

@rachelburden A couple of years ago my kids made me the perfect advent calendar - loo rolls, tissue paper and coffee pods!!! Great way to start each morning. We Tweeted a well known coffee supplier who now sell a very glamorous equivalent - but it just doesn’t have the character!

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam you have sent me a text threatening to restrict my landline use. I have very limited mobile reception at home and I need a phone to work. I can’t contact you online. What do I do?

What is it about people’s obsession with opening and consuming noisy food and drink at cinemas?? Really?? I love a good movie. Almost everyone turns off their phones....but then the noisy munchers and slurpers start up! Cmon cinemas - sort it out. #quietfoodanddrink
