You know what’s great @jet2tweets? When you search for ages, find a holiday and then when you’re entering passenger details the “dynamic pricing” puts it up by £1,400 at the last stage!!! Why not show the real price on the search!
@jet2tweets So if your prices are live, why does the new expensive price not show up when I search again? I change the rooms etc and get updates prices and then the “dynamic pricing” only kicks in at the last stage. Every time. Why not show the real price when I search?
@NeomOrganics I bought my wife a wellbeing pod mini and it stopped working after a few weeks, after being used about 4 times. I’ve emailed you and I’m getting nonsense replies from your customer service team. Can you just replace it please? Surely it should work longer than that?

@barclaycard respond to this within minutes, but had refused to fix it when I spend 4 hours on chat and then (after they cut me off) on the phone. @MartinSLewis

@Barclaycard@Barclaycard i have sent you a direct message. Let’s see how you respond. In answer to your questions, the agent on the call tried to help but her manager (whose name I have given you) admitted everything I said is correct but refused to fix it

@MartinSLewis what do you think of this? Barclaycard admitted that direct debits are cancelled after 1 year of inactivity but that their app still tells customers that the direct debit is in place & will take payment even though it won’t. They know of this issue and won’t fix it!

@iD_Mobile_UK upgrade deals for current customers much worse than those for new customers. Silverlink shop and online won’t match the new customer deal. Good business sense, you’ve lost this customer. I wonder if it costs more to keep a customer or find a new one?
