@LIRR On 425 from Penn.. signage on train says Port Washington and there hasnt been a single announcement… same thing happened yesterday. We got to Penn and not a single conductor was around… passengers were answering questions about the train destination-not our job

@LIRR The men’s bathroom near the waiting area in Penn Station is appalling. The response from 3 of your reps in red vests were, “I’m sure”, “I think they’re being renovated next week”, and a shoulder shrug. In 20 years of commuting I have never seen it worse. Awful all around
