@EE please help, I ordered a MagSafe phone charger yesterday, I received an email to confirm delivery today however no sign of any package when I get home? Can you confirm delivery or not?
@EE Thanks for getting back to me, I’ve tried to call, but with no luck. Can you give me a direct number to a customer service advisor rather than the automated service?
@Cyclocrosss Great race by both men. Tom’s comeback after his mechanical at the start was impressive. Shows the form is definitely there. Great showing in only his first weekend of races wearing the coveted stripes. More to come I’m sure.
Patient centred care is validation, empathy, understanding others perspective, partnering with patients to reach their goals. Why can’t we treat each other in the same way? listen, support each other to grow, and challenge each other in kind ways. That’s how I learn and grow.
@DrJN_SportsMed@GregLehman@AKraz88@camtudor the best physicians I’ve worked with handle the uncertainty with - “it’s not ‘w or x’ for this reason, it might be ‘y or z’ but both are helped by good rehab so check back in after 6 wk of rehab and we might have a better understanding and if we have to change management”
@gregthephysio If tear is only partial and patient having no episodes of instability surely the only option here is to treat conservatively. Much less invasive and providing they are rehabbed sufficiently the patient should do just fine.
@camtudor It’s all about patient education and confidence, if they have the tools in their theoretical tool box they will be able self manage. As clinicians we have to fill that tool box.
We can’t fully avoid arthritis. It is an inevitable consequence of aging.
However, we can slow its progression & decrease its painful side effects…
How you ask?
It is NOT: a drug, supplement or expensive surgery…
It IS: strength training with quality technique.
@AlejandroPirisN I think it depends on the final goal of the individual. If they want to return to sport I always advise that it will take over 12 months to get back to something like their pre rupture performance level even with hard work and a good rehab program.
@BriSmithy@UCI_cycling Unbelievable @UCI_cycling, there have been some questionable finishing circuits in this years race but this is on another level! Either re route or stick some barriers up to segregate the riders from pedestrians.
Looking forward to what surprises @LeColUK have in store for us with their new collection launching next week A/W collections are exciting as they have to be versatile due to weather being so changeable. Good clothing is a must to ensure consistent training no matter the weather
Launching next week, the AW22 collection.
Our latest range is dedicated to training no matter the weather. A versatile range of new technology and products complemented by a refresh of some of our most popular styles.

Really interesting thread. This was the first thing my Clinical Lead said to me “Treating a child with knee pain? Think hip & examine!”. Will always be at the forefront of my mind.
It's not always the apophyses
Be vigilant for red flag conditions eg Perthes (5-10) & SUFE (10-15) - missing these can condemn the child to accelerated loss of function, OA, (and early hip replacement in adulthood). Needs ortho input.
Knee pain? THINK HIP & EXAMINE IT!
